Duty Manager – Broadway House Holiday Park
Darwin Contract Management Ltd is an established and successful business with a portfolio of 12 operational holiday parks mainly in the South West of England.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a problem solver with a strong sense of direction, and an ability to get things done to assist the Park Manager with the day to day operational management of Broadway House Holiday Park in Cheddar, Somerset.
Within the Park facilities are food, beverage, and licensed areas, together with non-food retailing outlets. Darwin also currently operates a full entertainment programme during peak season.
The successful applicant will be a team player with good verbal and written skills, together with strong IT skills. She or he must show an ability to lead, organise, and motivate the existing team in the operation of an efficient, professional, and profitable holiday park. They must also be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, as it will be a requirement to assist in all aspects of the day to day organisation of the Park.
Ideally, the successful candidate will have experience in the leisure industry, and experience in a supervisory role. Exceptional candidates with alternative industry experience will be considered. It is paramount that they must also maintain a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.
This position is offered with the option of on-site accommodation, alongside a competitive salary.
